I personally and professionally have travel on my mind. How about you?
Personally, I went on a 24-day trip to Ireland, Portugal and Spain last Oct/Nov that confirmed how much I want to prioritize travel going forward.
Professionally, during the trip, I reconnected with a former recruiting colleague from the late 90s (not a typo. Like I coach my clients to do, I stay in touch with everyone!). We talked about doing something together around digital nomad/ remote work. We’re thinking about a hybrid course – online resources and coaching, plus a live component in Northwest Spain.

In my Forbes column I share the fastest growing career categories for fully remote jobs. I was surprised by the data – 1) the top 20 grew by 17% OR MORE year-over-year; and 2) the represented industries and roles are really diverse, including business and creative, technical and people-focused, front-office and behind-the-scenes.
